Rules & Regulations of costa sands resort chalet...

1. Guests shall check-in any time after 2.30pm with their identity cards / passports. Check in time is from 2.30pm. Request for early check-in is subject to chalet availability.

2. No written authorisation is required for check-in on behalf. The authorised person must be aged 18 and above, and has to produce the following upon check-in:

The authorised person's I/C
Confirmation of Booking Form
The member's NTUC Card (if applicable) for verification purposes.

3. Guests are required to check-out before 10.30am on their departure date, otherwise a day’s rental shall be imposed.

4. A maximum of 4 persons are permitted to stay overnight in the chalet. The Management reserves the right to evict any additional persons.

5. The following are not allowed within the Resort:
Organised Gambling(o_O
Cooking(LOL?!)
Karaoke(later shatter others' eardrums...haha)
Dancing(lolol)
Pets (aww...)
Personal portable BBQ pits(o.O
Catering of food (except by resort’s approved caterer)
